Raytech LED light replacement

The project placed high demands on the flexibility and controllability of the lighting. The integration of the reception and outdoor areas was particularly challenging, as no additional cabling was possible there. In addition, seven light strips had to be individually switchable in production. Constant light control should make it possible to choose between 1000 lux, 500 lux or dimmed lighting. A weekly program was also required, while outside of operating hours the lighting should be controlled by motion detectors.

Thanks to the combination of Loxone and DALI technology, a smart and energy-efficient lighting solution was implemented. The Loxone Miniserver enables seamless control of the light strips in production, so that they can be switched individually. The constant light controller regulates the lighting as needed, with freely selectable light intensities of 1000 lux, 500 lux or dimmed operation. The weekly program ensures automatic adjustment to the operating times, while outside of working hours motion detectors activate the light specifically.
