Premium installations for family housing, based entirely on Loxone controls.

The first of these installations was carried out as a complete rework of the conventional wiring in the phase before the installation was handed over to the customer. The result is a complete intelligent wiring system running primarily on Tree technology, supplemented by Air in areas where integration would have caused major destruction. Other installations are already built entirely on cable systems, primarily Tree technology. Air technology is then only used for special applications such as Hörmann door controls and the like. The projects are governed by dimmable dualwhite or RGBW lighting and all the categories written above. Each installation includes one or more tablets, which serve as a central control element that is always in the right place and reports the most interesting information for you in ambient mode. The other technologies (CHP, heat recovery, etc.) in the house are all covered by the Loxone system to achieve intelligent control and avoid conflicting requirements. Loxone also decides what happens to the electricity generated by the PV system in conjunction with the wallbox for charging the electric car. Irrigation control, access as well as future system expandability are a given.
