Multifunctional building "RYBA"

Challenge

To save energy and heating costs, which represent a significant operating cost necessary for the running of the building.

Solution

1. Ecological heating

Heating not only economically, but also ecologically, only where it is needed, and only when it is needed...

The heating controlled by LOXONE will always ensure that the operation during its opening hours is properly heated and also ventilated using recuperation

2. Light only when you need it

Especially in companies, employees are not concerned with saving electricity to the same extent as in their own homes. Forgetting to turn off the light before leaving the office or toilet has become an almost daily routine, so we have replaced them with a system that will take care of it for them... in addition, motion detectors are also used to identify unwanted visitors outside of working hours.

3. Don't forget to turn off

Appliances such as a TV or computer consume electricity even when you are not using them. They remain in standby mode. After leaving work, they must be turned off, even standby mode can drain several tens of euros from the company's wallet every year. In addition to the computer, do not forget to disconnect chargers from mobile phones or power cables for laptops. They consume electricity, even if they are not actively used and remain in the electrical outlet.

That's why we designed a concept that, after leaving, sends a sleep command to the PC via the network and then disconnects the power in the sockets that are not needed

4. Overview of costs

every tenant always knows in real time how much energy he used, how much the operation cost him in a given period, he will never have the feeling that he is paying more than another..., every rental space has its own secondary measurement of electricity, water, heat and every tenant can see in the application your consumption

Loxone combines all the needs that we needed to integrate into our building.
