Modern apartments hide a number of technologies for the comfort of residents and efficient energy. A number of them will be controlled by the Loxone system.

Loxone will take care of controlling the entrance to houses and apartments using the NFC Code Touch keyboard. The apartments will be equipped with underfloor heating and electric blinds - both also with Loxone controls. The building will benefit from the benefits of intelligent energy management, including integrated Loxone Wallboxes for recharging electric cars. Owners will see the charging status and consumption in one application, either remotely on a mobile phone or on a wall-mounted tablet directly in the apartment, which will serve as the apartment's control center. The same application will provide information and settings of all functions in one place.
