Challenge
Create smart home solutions in three buildings - 59 apartments. The task includes implementing heating, cooling, and ventilation control and monitoring systems, integrating an intercom for communication with visitors, and collecting data from approximately 250 m-bus meters. Additionally, the solution should include garage gate control and monitoring.
