Challenge
Unification of Penthouse technologies into one control element.
Solution
Heatflow electric underfloor heating control. The shading is provided by Geiger AIR louvre motors, which are controlled via Loxone touch in each room, via an app or automatically via a weather station. Mitsubishi air conditioning units are also controlled here. The installation also includes fire detectors and flood sensors. The lighting is a combination of 230V lights and LED strips which are controlled by Loxone touch buttons or motion sensors.
