The clients brief consisted of an automated shading system and security alarm to protect his property. With the install also progressing to include a much wider array of solutions including heating control, bespoke ceilings complimented by Pixel RGBW ribbon and presence controlled lighting.

The clients property was a new build and was in a completed state before Smart home innovations were tasked with the project, despite this Loxone enabled installation of a fully wired system thanks to their Tree solution which kept disruption due to wiring down to a minimum. The existing electric UFH heating system was easily integrated and thanks to the Loxone Touch Pure Flex's ability to measure local temperature, equipment deployment was kept to a minimum. The bespoke ceilings, designed and installed by us, were complimented by installation of 1-10v lighting and Pixel RGBW ribbon, which brought the installation to life creating moving lighting shows that are actuated by Loxone's presence detectors. With scene selection being easily managed via Loxone.
