Panorama Estate

The main goal of the project, carried out in collaboration with local developer Malaga Invest at the Panorama development in Kobylnica, was to break down existing barriers in developer construction. This investment is a success story that has exceeded our expectations. As regular contractors for developer construction projects, we jointly decided to introduce the option of upgrading to the standard with the LOXONE system. The result? Of the eight homes built, five clients opted for fully intelligent home automation!

Interest in the Loxone system at the Panorama development was so high that the developer decided to introduce this technology as standard in its next Premium Home project.

The investment is ongoing and dynamically expanding, meaning that additional fully automated homes will be built systematically within the same development.
