Challenge
At the end of December 2023, we successfully combined technological advances with user comfort in our call centre in Cologne. This state-of-the-art facility provides innovative solutions where efficiency, sustainability and convenience play a key role.
From the start, we were responsible for the design and implementation of the electrical infrastructure - from cabling and installation of the wiring elements, to the manufacture of the switchboard and the configuration of the Loxone system.

Solution
An important element of this implementation was the smart control of the entire space and complete automation. For this, we used LOXONE technology, which we integrated into our switchboard and connected to lighting, HVAC, electricity for individual workstations and security systems.
Individual temperature and HVAC settings automatically react to the opening of windows or doors and adjust cooling or heating. This ensures maximum efficiency, preventing unnecessary energy costs.
Smart lighting works with occupancy sensors to monitor light conditions in the room and detect motion and noise. When power is not being used, the "Standby Killer" system automatically turns it off, increasing overall savings.
