Energy efficiency and optimised indoor climate management were the main focus for this project. The ever-increasing costs of building maintenance prompted the implementation of Loxone building automation. The premise already had a photovoltaic system, a gas boiler, and split heat pumps.

Predictive control of heating and cooling was implemented based on weather data. The energy generated from the PV system is primarily used to operate the heating source. To keep the temperatures constant in the rooms, Eco Mode that activates with presence was the best option to save energy and provide comfort in rooms that are in use. 18 offices and common spaces were integrated with Loxone building automation. Thanks to the constant analysis of usage data, savings between 16% to 67% were achieved, depending on the season.
