A modern house in Elbląg

All central functions - from lighting and shading to indoor climate and security - were planned holistically and optimally coordinated. The aim was to ensure maximum living comfort, energy efficiency and intuitive operation.

The house was specifically designed with modern, ecological solutions in mind right from the planning phase. The focus was on the client's desire for a system that would make all of the building's functions intelligent, efficient and individually controllable.

The Loxone system was used for the implementation, which enables central and seamless automation of all relevant areas. Power generation, distribution and use are intelligently controlled by integrating the photovoltaic system and an energy storage unit. Heat and hot water consumption is also efficiently controlled - among other things by connecting the geothermal heat pump, the targeted control of the underfloor heating valves and automated shading.



The indoor climate is continuously optimized by connecting the recuperation system and monitoring the outdoor climate data. Smart control of the lighting indoors and outdoors ensures lighting comfort.

The system also includes functions for security and access control, for convenient control of various living areas and for automated maintenance of outdoor areas - for example by intelligently controlling irrigation and integrating a robotic lawnmower. Even the fill level of the communal waste tank is monitored and residents are automatically notified if necessary.
