Nova Residence Apartments

Nova Residence is an intimate apartment development in the Wola Justowska district of Kraków. The aim was to create a modern infrastructure that enhances residents’ comfort and safety, streamlines the running of the entire complex, whilst also allowing for the individual expansion of automation systems within the flats.

The LOXONE system manages the automation of the communal areas of the Nova Residence complex. It is responsible for controlling access to the estate, stairwells and lifts, as well as operating the entrance gate, garage door and electric vehicle charging points. The integration of these elements into a single system streamlines the day-to-day running of the development, ensuring residents have convenient and secure access to the various areas of the complex.
Meanwhile, the flats have been fitted with the necessary cabling to allow for the subsequent installation of the Loxone system. Each owner can decide individually on the scope of the system and select the functions that interest them, such as smart control of lighting, shading, climate control or the audio system.
As a result, Nova Residence benefits from integrated management of the key infrastructure in the communal areas, whilst residents gain the option to expand the automation in their own flats according to their needs.
