Designing a smart home system for this project presented a unique challenge: delivering hotel-level comfort and automation inside a compact environment, while keeping the solution reliable, simple to use, and easy to maintain. Every component needed to be carefully selected and integrated so that technology enhances the stay without being visible or complicated.
The result is a seamless smart ecosystem that quietly works in the background—maximizing comfort, minimizing operating costs, and giving both guests and owners complete peace of mind.

Using LOXONE as the core automation platform made it possible to bring all essential functions into one unified ecosystem. Through a single system, we seamlessly control access, heating and cooling, shading, lighting, safety systems, multimedia, and even the Ofuro bath water temperature, ensuring perfect comfort from the moment guests arrive.
