Challenge
The objective of this automation project has been to provide the new Acinesgon warehouse with centralized control of lighting, audio, access and alarm.
Solution
- VIDEO INTERCOMS:
The warehouse has three entrances with three different video intercoms. From Loxone we can see the video intercom camera live and answer the person who is calling, in addition to opening the different doors that exist at each access, both barriers and sliding doors.
- RINGS:
In addition to the video intercom we have a category for doorbells where we can see the status of the doorbells of each of the 5 doors as well as a record indicating the date and time of the last calls.
- DOORS:
We have control over the warehouse's sliding and sectional doors and the exterior barriers. We control the opening and closing of each of the doors with the corresponding display of their status.
As for the barriers, we will order them to be opened from Loxone and we will choose the option of having them close automatically after a time or keeping them open.
- LIGHTNING:
Lighting control of different areas. In this case we take into account the external lumens that enter each area and we turn the lights on or off depending on this.
- AUDIO:
Control of the music that is heard in the different areas of the warehouse and offices.
- ALARM:
Possibility of arming or disarming both the exterior and interior alarm from the Loxone interface. In addition, we can see a history of the different alerts that have been registered.
Apart from the general configured programming, we have a series of automatic rules that allow us to automate many actions, for example, that when the external alarm is armed the barriers are closed or that, if after ringing a doorbell a certain time without response, the audio of the zone responsible for that door emits a chime message ringing several times to notify employees.
