Challenge
The employees of Natalie Söll.vertrieb GmbH recently moved into their new company building. Of course, the office was equipped with the home and building automation from LOXONE, so employees and owners benefit from the advantages of smart technology.
Solution
Natalie Söll.vertrieb GmbH was already familiar with LOXONE from a joint customer relationship and so it was decided that LOXONE technology would move into the new office building. Above all, the automation of lighting, shading, ventilation and security play an important role in the new building. LOXONE relieves employees of countless manual tasks every day and so, for example, forgotten lights when leaving the office are a thing of the past.
The lighting works fully automatically throughout the building and depending on the presence, which is detected by the presence detector. It was particularly important to create indirect light to create a pleasant atmosphere. Additional lighting moods can be added to the LOXONE App at any time and the light scene can be changed with a simple click on the Touch Pure. The shading was also integrated into the LOXONE system. A Touch Pure was retrofitted at every workplace using LOXONE Air technology - this allows the employees to control the shading individually. Meetings and training courses take place in the central conference room - a click on the Touch Pure is all it takes to switch the room to the appropriate meeting mode: the television comes on, the shade is lowered and the light is dimmed.
Access to the building was realized with the LOXONE Intercom and the NFC Code Touch. Each employee has an NFC key fob that they use to enter the building. The different access times for employees can be set and managed via the LOXONE App. Thanks to the audio server, the doorbell can be heard throughout the building. It also provides the right music after work. LOXONE ensures security in the building, for example with the integrated smoke detectors and more.
In addition, there is an actual AAL product in the building, the Air button. This has been repurposed and now puts the entire building into standby mode with one click.
