In 2018, the new show house from Wolf System was opened in the builder's studio. The show home AVIVA amazes at first glance with its extravagant facade in a stylish white and bronze color scheme. Elegant design and the highest quality standards can also be seen inside the model house.



The AVIVA show home can be viewed in Osterhofen from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Comfortable living in the model house AVIVA is guaranteed by Loxone. It supports the builders in everyday life, secures the house and is constantly learning. The following intelligent functions are already included: light control, shading control (depending on the position of the sun and room temperature), status detection (window open, Venetian blinds below, etc.), energy management, demand, generation, battery status, self-consumption, presence detection, alarm system, access control, music, text-to-speech. The system controls are easy and intuitive to use. One control element per classic switch position makes all functions available, even with a practical orientation light and room thermostat. With the help of presence detection, for example, the light can be switched on automatically when entering the house, the alarm system can be switched off and the heating and ventilation can be adjusted.
