Challenge
New house with integrated tourist accommodation and DALI lighting
Solution
All lighting and blinds are controlled via Loxone and the DALI interface.
With the addition of contacts in the window frames by the carpenter, the alarm function was implemented, in addition to the motion detectors.
For the gîte (holiday cottage), an NFC keypad and a door strike were installed to allow independent access for the occupants. The client generates and validates their own access codes via the application, either on their phone or using the wall-mounted tablet (power and network connection included).
