Madmum Coffee Bars

Madmum Coffee is a well-known hotspot in Leuven, meaning its coffee bars are always busy. This is why automating daily tasks that are otherwise shared between the employees was so important for the owner. This includes access control, security and much more.

Several Loxone applications have been integrated into the coffee bars. Employees have an access code that starts a multitude of automated tasks once they arrive to set up for the day, meaning they can spend as little time away from the customers as possible. The automated lighting and music provide a welcoming atmosphere throughout the whole day. For the owner, control over cold storage areas was also very important: as soon as the set temperature limit is exceeded somewhere, he is immediately notified.
