Lipno - Luxury Lake Villa

The aim of the project was to create an intelligent and fully automated system for controlling a family house with easy management for users and guests. The requirements were to control outdoor blinds and dimmable indoor and outdoor LED lighting, control the entrance gate and parking lot, integration with a reservation system for automatic setting of access rights and convenient control of all technologies using an iPad. An integral part is also effective heating control and the possibility of charging an electric car via a Wallbox.

The entire building is controlled by the Loxone system, which connects all technologies into one central solution. The external blinds react automatically to the intensity of sunlight and the time of day, ensuring ideal thermal comfort and energy savings. The interior lighting is dimmable and controlled according to presence and time scenarios, including color-tunable LED lighting to create an atmosphere. The outdoor area and parking lot are illuminated automatically depending on movement and daylight.

The entrance gate and access system are connected to the reservation software - when making a new reservation, guests are automatically assigned access permissions that are valid for the duration of their stay. This significantly simplifies management and eliminates manual administration.

The heating is controlled centrally with the option of setting comfort and economy modes, which contributes to optimizing energy consumption. The Wallbox is connected to the Loxone system and enables convenient and billed charging of electric vehicles. All technologies can be intuitively controlled via iPad, mobile app or automatic scenes, making the operation of the house as comfortable and efficient as possible.
