Challenge

The client already had experience with other systems and, after their own research, deliberately opted for a LOXONE Smart Home. The client himself even attended a basic course in ISERNHAGEN beforehand. So we were given concrete instructions from the start about what was required and how. In the end, it was: "Everything, please".

Solution

With a Miniserver and a Miniserver Compact, as well as almost all "common" LOXONE extensions, the entire spectrum of a future-oriented smart home was realized, starting with access control via intercom, NFC Code Touch and Touch Pure Flex, through alarm, lighting, shading, audio & multimedia, presence simulation, water and fire alarm systems, heating and sauna control and the latest energy management with surplus charging. With the exception of the smoke detectors and some door contacts, we were able to implement everything else with the LOXONE Tree technology thanks to precise planning. This was even possible inside pieces of furniture.

When faced with the challenge of implementing comprehensive control and integration in the areas of heating (heat pump), controlled living space ventilation and air conditioning, as well as a PV system with storage (all from different manufacturers) and a wall box with surplus charging, the argument for using LOXONE was already there in advance. No other product that I know of offers such a comprehensive software solution with almost all interfaces as is the case with LOXONE. After almost ten years of partnership with LOXONE, we are asking ourselves "how do we do it?" Not for a long time. Regardless of whether it is a smart home, office, catering or other business, we have always found a solution with LOXONE and only have satisfied customers.
