LOXONE Integration

An existing Homematic IP system was already installed in the detached house. The goal was to continue using the existing infrastructure while simultaneously implementing centralized, intelligent, and manufacturer-independent building automation. In addition to the classic smart home functions, the pool technology was also to be fully integrated and centrally controlled.

LOXONE enabled complete integration of the existing Homematic IP system. The entire house, including pool technology, is now centrally controlled via LOXONE. Lighting, shading, heating, cooling, and other functions work intelligently together and react automatically to presence, time, weather, and usage. Pool control was also fully integrated and can be automated, centrally visualized, and controlled. Existing Homematic IP components could still be used and seamlessly integrated into the LOXONE logic.
