Loxone allows outdoor lighting control using a twilight sensor or by schedule, depending on the configuration selected by the guest.



Room Climate Control

With climate automation and window and door contacts, we have made room temperature control more efficient.



Hotel managers can view and monitor the climate in all 19 rooms at any time, or if it has stopped due to an open door or window.



Access Control

When hotel managers prepare guests' arrivals and departures, they generate an access code. This, with user management and the NFC Code Touch keypads installed at the entrances to the hotel and in the rooms, allows them to have external control from the app, giving guests the freedom to arrive at any time without having to provide them with cards or keys.



Technical Room and Alarm Management

Thanks to Loxone, managers can constantly monitor the machine room, boiler room temperatures, refrigerator and freezer temperatures, alarms, tank levels, and so on. In the event of a fault, they receive a pop-up in the Loxone app alerting them to the fault or malfunction.
