LaBouda

Stylish accommodation in the nature of the Jeseníky Mountains, a skiing trip in the winter, hiking in the hills in the summer - that's LaBouda. A modern building with apartments for rent is located in the ski resort in Kunčice. It offers 2 apartments, each for up to 4 people. After an active day, guests can relax in the local wellness area. LaBouda offers two saunas, a relaxation area and an Alpine hot tub.

The owner chose Loxone because of the possibility of remote control of the heating of the apartments and the wellness room. Another requirement was the control of visitors' access to the building after booking through the booking portals - without the need for staff to hand over the keys or set the temperature. All access to the building is handled by coded NFC keypads. So guests just need to send the created code to get to the areas they have access to. After departure, the combination of numbers can be deleted and another one can easily be created for other guests. The operator has control over the object from anywhere in the mobile application.
