The Colorado Suite

Located in Mâcon, La Suite Colorado is a suite designed to offer a high-end experience in a peaceful atmosphere. The project's objective was to create a suite that combines charm and technology, adapting to travelers' needs while remaining easy for the owner to manage.

The main challenges identified were:

To offer each guest a unique and personalized arrival experience through automated scenarios.

To automate comfort features (heating, curtain opening, skylight control) while reducing energy consumption.

To simplify the control of key functions through an intuitive interface.

To manage the suite intelligently by connecting home automation to the booking calendar and upsell offers.

Thanks to Loxone technology, the suite has been transformed into a fully automated and connected space.

From the moment guests enter, a welcoming scenario is activated: the curtains open, ambient lighting illuminates, and the temperature is automatically regulated. Guests thus enjoy immediate comfort and a warm atmosphere.

The installed Touch Pure Flex controls allow for simple and elegant operation: lighting, blinds, skylights, and ambient lighting scenes are accessible with a single touch.

Heating management is fully automated based on bookings, ensuring both comfort and energy savings.

On the operational side, home automation facilitates the management of upsells (additional options and services) directly from the system, making property management smarter and more profitable.

By combining aesthetics, serenity, and intelligence, the Colorado Suite demonstrates how Loxone transforms accommodation into a sensory and autonomous experience.
