This project is divided into three sub-areas: a pastry shop with a café, several vacation apartments, and a private residence.



In the café, the existing audio system was replaced with a Loxone system to provide pleasant background music both indoors and outdoors. Security requirements and intelligent lighting control were also implemented.



In the vacation apartments, Loxone ensures convenient and secure guest access – including integrated door openers and electronic door locks.



The private residence was expanded in 2025 and fully equipped with Loxone, creating a modern and sophisticated smart home.

The audio solution with Loxone and SoundSuite is particularly popular: Thanks to it, the outdoor dining area now also has a pleasant volume and excellent sound quality.



Guests can conveniently access the holiday apartments – either by card or, in the case of late arrival, simply by using a personalized code that is only valid for the duration of their stay.



In private homes, intelligent building automation not only enables significantly simplified electrical installation but also offers a host of additional functions that raise comfort, efficiency, and security to a new level.
