Challenge
The detached house had been equipped with a KNX system since 2015, which controlled features such as audio, shading, lighting, heating, ventilation and access control. However, over the years, performance problems increasingly arose: The system became noticeably slower and could no longer reliably meet the increased requirements, which ultimately made it necessary to replace it.
Solution
The Loxone Miniserver in conjunction with the Loxone Audioserver now controls the entire building. The success of the project was based on careful planning and preparation of the conversion, which ensured a seamless transition of the building technology. Thanks to the proprietary system and regular, free updates, the solution remains efficient and future-proof in the long term.
