Kitchen Lighting Control

Challenge
The client was having a full renovation of their kitchen, and the overall aesthetic was very important to them, as it would form the most used part of their home.
The kitchen design was relatively easy, but all discussions they had about lighting left them underwhelmed. Either the lighting was too basic, or any ideas around combinations of light fittings and different purposes came with lots of switches and complicated controls.

Solution
Once we showed the customer how simple it could be to control multiple circuits of lighting with Loxone we then started to discuss what lights we would actually use. They loved the idea of having different moods, and bringing different types of light into the room, so we used both Loxone Spots and LED Tape to give full creative control to them on which lights were part of which moods, and which colours they would like at different times.
From this adding motion sensors to automate the lighting was a no brainer, and they now have morning, afternoon, and evening lighting come on without touching any buttons when they enter the room.
