Challenge
The customer wanted a solution to be able to hand over the house and apartment keys to guests who rent his apartment without being on site and to be notified when the key is returned.
Solution
we have evaluated a stable key box (obtained from an external company)
using an NFC code that the landlord provides for a limited period of time, the guest can
take the house key out of the box.
In addition, an alarm is triggered by contact if the box is not closed again
and the landlord is notified by additional contact if the guest puts the key back in the box.

all of these functions can be easily implemented with Loxone, <br /><br /> the apartment is already equipped with Loxone for lighting, blinds and heating control <br /><br /> tree cabling to the mailboxes was relatively easy from the riser zone.
