Kestřany dvory is a project from developer Rezidence Kestřany. Future residents will move into a smart home with certainly no shortage of amazing automation technology, and Loxone ensures that everyone in the family can easily control it.

Residents will get automated control of heating and air conditioning. They will have a perfect overview of their entire household in the Loxone App. A smart intercom will take care of access, and security against burglary will be accompanied by protection against heat and fire. Additionally, the developer gives future residents the opportunity to expand their smart home with additional functions. Perhaps the biggest advantage of the extension is the connection of battery storage and PV. Lighting and irrigation will also be smartly automated, and a garden mower can be integrated into the system. The whole solution is further underlined by smart multiroom audio, opening up new possibilities for an amazing soundscape throughout the whole home. Loxone also takes care of pool technology.
