A smart home automation system was implemented for a three-story residential villa in Doha, Qatar. The project focused on improving comfort, convenience, and energy efficiency through centralized control of the main building functions. The homeowner required a reliable and user-friendly solution to manage lighting, air conditioning, and curtains across all floors.

A complete LOXONE based automation system was designed and deployed to control lighting, HVAC, and motorized curtains throughout the villa’s three floors. The system includes centralized logic, customized smart scenes, and intuitive control via mobile application and wall-mounted interfaces. The solution enables both local and remote access, ensures fast system response, and optimizes energy usage while maintaining high user comfort.
