Katlov Homes are modern cabins, which offer an outdoor adventure. The requirement was to significantly simplify operation and administration. So that the guests can enjoy full comfort, Loxone takes care of lighting, heating, ventilation and even more.
Solution
In the cottages, Loxone takes care of all the lighting and ventilation in the bathroom. In addition, the heating and cooling of the individual apartments regulates itself thanks to Loxone. These are centrally supplied with heat from one source. This means that the valves of the individual heating circuits of the underfloor heating and the domestic water heating for heating and cooling are also integrated into the automation.
The system offers the operator three important things - security, technology management depending on occupancy and remote control of objects. The app notifies him of a possible power failure or fire and can remotely monitor the temperature in buildings or turn off forgotten lights.
