Intelligence in Geometry

This project is a model of tomorrow's architecture. The austere, geometric form with extensive glazing became the perfect canvas for the LOXONE system. The project's intention was to implement an advanced Smart Home system so that the technology remained invisible to the eye, yet immediately responded to the residents' needs.

This was a project that required exceptional precision. The decision to fully automate the building was made when the building was already in its shell stage, which precluded invasive cable management. Thanks to the flexibility of the Loxone system, we based 80% of the installation on Air technology. This allowed us to implement advanced Smart Home features in the finished building, while preserving the pristine plasterwork and modern facades.

This project was groundbreaking for us in terms of lighting.

For the first time, we implemented an addressable LED lighting system, which gives the house a unique character:
- "Flow" Effect: On the stairs and in the hallway, the light doesn't come on abruptly; it smoothly "spreads" in front of the user, creating a safe and effective path.
- External LED strip: The modern shape is accentuated by an external line of light. Fully integrated with the automation system, it highlights the building's architectural details at night, making it the most recognizable house in the neighborhood.

The interiors were designed so that technology serves the household, not overwhelms them:
- Touch Surface in the kitchen: A panel hidden under the countertop allows you to control lighting, music, and electric curtain rods. This is the perfect solution when your hands are busy or dirty while working in the kitchen.
- Bedroom Zone: Thanks to the Touch Pure Classic buttons, residents can close the blinds, turn off the lights, and arm the alarm system before bed with a single touch, without having to get out of bed.
- Multiroom Audio: Sound accompanies residents in every zone, creating an atmosphere tailored to the time of day.
- Zone Heating: Intelligent temperature management ensures thermal comfort in every room.
