Challenge
The customer has implemented his long-awaited wish for an old farm in a secluded location. The stock, a former, vacant hunting lodge, was converted into a three-family house. The customer wanted to operate all control tasks such as lighting, shading, access and energy management via a central control. The individual apartments should remain separately operable. Central energy management for the photovoltaic system with battery storage was particularly important to the customer, as the purchase of several electric cars was also planned.
Solution
We integrated all lighting with Loxone. All blinds and screens were integrated into Loxone via Shading Actuator. The heat pump and the photovoltaic system as well as the three charging stations were integrated and are regulated accordingly depending on the electricity generation. An alarm system divided into several security zones was necessary due to the isolated location.
With Loxone, this object could be perfectly implemented. The customer only uses the Loxone app for all control tasks. Thanks to the logic, individual wishes could be implemented.
