Challenge

The investor's goal was to create a comfortable and automated house that would continuously take care of its users.

Solution

A wide range of Loxone products was used in the project. The lighting adjusts itself to the time of day, and RGBW dimmers and Loxone lighting ensure the right mood, complemented by several audio zones. Underfloor heating with a recuperator, all automatically controlled, ensures the right climate. To ensure safety, the system was integrated with alarm and monitoring. The property is equipped with a lawn irrigation system and an underground rainwater tank equipped with an ultrasonic sensor. Moreover, the automation monitors and manages the use of energy from the photovoltaic installation along with the energy storage.

The Loxone system is a complete and stable solution that performs perfectly in the tasks assigned to it.
