Challenge

A family home for a young married couple and their future family. The centralized system that controls the entire household impressed the owner, even though they had doubts not only about the intuitiveness of the controls. At the end of our first meeting, the owners decided to go for a smart solution with everything.

Solution

The brief was gradually expanded during construction, and today the completed house has all the technologies that Loxone offers to integrate, including audio and video intercom. In this way, Loxone controls other interior and exterior dimmable and colored lighting, shading technology, security incl. magnetic window contacts, flood and smoke sensors, garden and pool irrigation.

When choosing companies that offer a smart home, we ultimately decided on Loxone. We had several meetings with Mr Mark from Loxone who advised us and answered any questions we had. We could not yet imagine what we can expect from the Loxone system. It may seem complicated at first because it's a lot of information, but it's not complicated at all. We have appliances from siemens and we even have the coffee machine set so that when I make coffee, Loxone tells me: "Your coffee is ready, enjoy". It's a small thing (uselessness for some), but it will make you happy during the day. My wife and I are very demanding clients, and I admire Mr. Marko for how he managed and still manages the whole thing with us. I recommend the Loxone system with the installation of engineer Filip Marek.
