Encountering old power lines and distributors brought unexpected difficulties. These remnants of past decades were not only outdated, but often in poor condition. Locating and identifying these old pipes took a lot of time and meticulous work. In order to bring the electrical installation up to date, we not only had to remove the old wiring, but also lay new wiring to meet the requirements of modern technologies.



New problems continued to arise during the project. It almost seemed as if every brickwork that was opened had a surprise in store for us. Whether it was about the cabling, the insulation or the structural integrity of the building - we always had to be flexible and find creative solutions. This resulted in additional time and costs that we had not originally expected.



Despite all these challenges, the project was extremely satisfying. The opportunity to transform a historic building into a modern and smart home excited us all. By overcoming the difficulties, we were not only able to gain valuable experience, but also create an individual home.
