New Hampton style house

The New Hampton style is classic elegance, modernity and an atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The owners wanted just such a house, also equipped with the Loxone automation system. The main challenge was to ensure that the technology used and the selected products did not contrast with the character of the house.

The entire building is equipped with both dimmable and traditional on/off lighting controls.

The garden lighting is activated by a camera system integrated with Loxone automation. Using artificial intelligence, cameras recognize the silhouette of a moving person, and the Loxone system activates lighting in the appropriate area of the garden, making life easier for household members and deterring unwanted people.

Access to both the property and the building is provided via NFC Code Touch keyboards. The Loxone system supervises the operation of three entrance gates, the garage gate, the locking of the entrance door and the gate.

Additionally, alarm functions, control of electric heaters, and shading in facade and roof windows were implemented.

The whole is complemented by a 14-zone garden irrigation system implemented by Loxone.
