HACCP monitoring
- Country NL, Groede
- Build year 2
- LOXONE partner 4A-CONTROL

Challenge
The installations in the beach pavilion operated completely stand-alone. A separate gas boiler and a separate control system for the air handling unit operated independently of each other, without central control or coordination.
In addition, there was a need for reliable temperature recording for cold and freezer rooms in accordance with HACCP guidelines, as well as alarm notifications in the event of deviations or technical malfunctions.

Solution
slimmr integrated the various building technologies into a single central automation platform based on LOXONE. The HVAC system and ventilation were linked so that the indoor climate can be controlled more stably and efficiently.
In addition, temperature and humidity sensors were installed in the cold and freezer rooms for automatic HACCP logging. The system generates alarms in the event of temperature overshoot, technical failure, or doors left open for too long.
Additional monitoring was provided for the wastewater pump sump so that malfunctions there are also quickly detected.

With LOXONE, we were able to bring all separate installations together into one logical system. As a result, we can better control the indoor climate and simultaneously automatically monitor critical installations.
