Garden Lofts Project

Timeless living, clean design, and privacy for terraced gardens. All this and much more is intertwined in Project GARDEN LOFTS from the company Pechlátova 50 DEVELOPMENT in Prague. The building can accommodate up to 22 apartments of various layouts with front gardens, terraces and balconies, as well as 2 lofts with roof terraces and an amazing view. Everything indicates that the project will fully embody its slogan: "When you want to live, not just live."

This all has become a reality, largely delivered by Loxone's smart home solutions. The Miniserver services every apartment. For example, lighting is integrated into the automated system, and heating and ventilation will be controlled according to the measured values of temperature and humidity. This way, every room will keep at the ideal temperature while wasted energy is reduced. A bell and/or security function is integrated as part of the smart building. The Loxone system is easily expandable to operate several features, making it possible to equip the apartments with smart shading regulations.
