Challenge
Low consumption housing: the first passive house built with conventional methods in the province of Tarragona.
Initially, Loxone was chosen to control the climate and ventilation. However, it was later decided to expand the system to make it a fully intelligent house.

- Fan coils: Control of the valve actuator and fan coil speeds.
- Buffer tank: Management and control.
- Speed adjustment and By-Pass management.
- Monitoring with meters connected through Modbus.
- Control of automatic blinds.
- Integration of both Loxone's lighting system and external systems.
- Automated management with weather forecast, considering rain or if it has rained recently.
- Sound system in all rooms of the house, including the exterior.
