Challenge
A modern apartment in Karlín, which has completely come under Loxone management.
Solution
Heating controlled using Loxone heads. Blinds are controlled using a relay in the switchboard, blinds and curtains are controlled using a Nano 2 relay. All this with automation from the Meteostation. The lighting combines the control of classic lights, Dali lights, Loxone lights, phase dimmable lights and LED strips controlled by DALI ballasts. Automatic lighting using motion sensors, manual control using Touch controllers or using an app. Control of Daikin air conditioners using Modbus RTU communication. Monitoring of water leakage and possible closing of water valves.
Communication with Nuki lock. Complete security of the entire apartment. Audio handled by Loxone speakers.
