As an investor, I knew from the beginning of the planning of the new building that I wanted to equip the house with an intelligent control system. In the 21st century, I consider a smart home to be a given – not only in terms of comfort, but also in terms of efficiency and long-term savings. As I work professionally in the IT field, technologies like Loxone naturally attract me in terms of the possibility of future expansion and self-management. My goal was to achieve automation of key areas of the house, such as heating, cooling, lighting, shading and irrigation, without the need for constant intervention on my part.

The supplier company carried out a comprehensive installation of the Loxone system, which not only met but also exceeded my expectations. All elements of a smart home – from heating, cooling, shading, lighting, to irrigation – are connected into one integrated system that works automatically and efficiently. Most situations are resolved proactively by the system itself, without the need for my intervention. I also appreciate the clean design, professional approach and openness of the system for possible future adjustments. The result is a smart home that fully meets my needs – both from the user's perspective and from the perspective of a technically-savvy person.
