Family oasis in Šumperk

By renovating the residential apartment and garden, we created a harmonious connection between the interior and the exterior. The garden has been transformed into an oasis of peace and relaxation, where everything from audio to irrigation to wellness functions fully automated.

We upgraded the complete reconstruction of a 75-year-old apartment and the modernization of the original garden to smart living of the 21st century. The goal was to unite the apartment and garden into one control unit and thanks to LOXONE elements, irrigation, lighting, sound, heating, shading and energy management with PV are fully automated. The control also includes a hot tub, sauna, smokehouse and other garden technologies for maximum comfort and efficiency. The overall solution significantly reduces electricity and water consumption thanks to proper distribution and use.
