Family house Šumperk

A two-story family house built about 15 years ago, whose residents decided to reconstruct the upper floor and, as part of the reconstruction, decided to use the Loxone smart system for lighting and audio.

In the garage, next to the main switchboard, another switchboard for Loxone components was added. The main brain of the system is the Miniserver and a Power Supply & Backup was used for power supply. The lights in rooms such as the laundry room and dressing rooms are solved by one circuit from the RGBW 24V tree from the switchboard. An audio system was installed in the bathrooms, bedroom, living room and kitchen using an audio server and stereo extensions. Heating is solved by an electric boiler with an accumulation tank, which has the possibility of heating using solar collectors.

A temperature sensor is placed on these collectors and at the same time there are temperature sensors and by comparing these temperatures, the set logic starts the circulation pump of the solar collectors.

The building is equipped with underfloor heating on the lower floor in combination with radiators and only radiators on the upper floor. Since it was a reconstruction, it was not possible to tighten the cable to all the radiators, so air heads were used. For underfloor heating, the tree head.

A Loxone 3-phase electricity meter is located in the main switchboard, so the customer has an absolute overview of electricity consumption and at the same time everything can be optimized to the maximum.

Due to the use of presence sensors in most rooms, this sensor also serves for home security and at the same time the security is connected to the S.O.S. service.

For convenient control, an iPad tablet was installed using the original Loxone holder.
