The investor only contacted us after moving into the house. The cabling had been installed as standard, although preparations for the Loxone system had already been made in some areas. The challenge was to develop and successfully implement a well thought-out, functional and fully integrated solution based on the existing cabling.

We developed a customized solution for the customer and integrated Loxone products including full programming. The system includes zone control of the heating, domestic hot water heating with Viessmann heat pump, sign control, burglary protection with AUdiosystem, access control with video intercom and the integration of PV systems for the efficient use of surpluses. We also control the multi-room audio system, the pool technology and heat pump with a focus on minimizing power consumption and monitor the water level in the retention basin. In future, the irrigation system will also be integrated into the system.
