Challenge
We jumped into the project during the construction phase, when the owners decided on a smart home. The Loxone solution was the ideal choice and we were able to get started on the project right away.
Solution
The Loxone system controls all the technologies in the house, thereby reducing energy consumption and increasing the comfort of living for the friendly family.
The solution includes, for example, protection against overheating, zone heating control and ventilation using a Zehnder heat recovery unit. Of course, dimmable lighting and blind control are included with regard to thermal comfort in the interior. The residents of the house like to use functions such as the exit button or the house's sleep mode.
Since the house is spatially divided into a part for parents, a part for children and common areas, the family really appreciated the modes in the individual parts of the house and the associated automation.
