Challenge
New construction of a family house with intelligent control of lighting, heating and access.
Solution
In this family house, we installed a system with control of heating, monitoring and regulation of energy, access and lighting.
The challenge was especially to solve the heating - a combination of a hot water fireplace insert with storage and an electric boiler for the floor.
The integration of a wireless lock in combination with the Loxone system is used here for access.
The security was designed to use magnets installed in the windows supplemented with functional elements of the Loxone system.
A PV plant was additionally installed in the house, which was integrated with intelligent electric car charging and hot water heating.
