Challenge
The owner of a new family home approached us with a request for a complete Loxone electrical installation. The goal was to create a system that would ensure maximum comfort, energy efficiency and security with simple and intuitive control. The owner wanted the technologies to work independently and reliably, while at the same time having an overview of the status of all devices in the house at any time.
Solution
We ensured the complete implementation of the Loxone electrical installation – from the design of the solution and project documentation to the installation and programming itself.
The house is equipped with a full-fledged Loxone system that controls lighting, shading, heating, security and audio. The lighting is dimmable and supplemented with Dual White LED strips. The shading and skylights are controlled automatically – the system responds to the position of the sun and the current weather. Thanks to information from the weather station located on the roof of the house, the skylights close themselves in case of rain or strong wind, for example. The underfloor heating is zone-controlled, which allows for optimal temperature control in each room and brings energy savings.
For maximum security, the house is equipped with outdoor IP cameras with remote viewing, a video intercom at the main entrance, NFC and chip access and smoke sensors. In the event of an alarm, the system triggers an alarm and immediately sends a notification to a mobile phone. The Loxone Power Supply Backup ensures that key technologies, such as security or access systems, remain fully functional in the event of a power outage.
A complete structured data network was also part of the implementation. The house is also prepared for future connection to a photovoltaic power plant and other technologies.
The result is a smart house where all technologies are controlled from one place – whether from the Loxone Touch wall buttons or conveniently from your phone. The entire system works automatically, reacts to current situations and saves owners time, energy and worries.
