Challenge
Combination of Loxone and Jablotron technologies for home security and automation.
Solution
A complex system is installed in the house for convenient and efficient management of various functions. Electric underfloor heating of the Heatflow type ensures a pleasant temperature in the rooms, while Somfy WT blind motors take care of shading the windows and are controlled via Loxone touch buttons, a mobile app or automatically according to data from a weather station.
A Jablotron Futura unit is installed for optimal air recovery in all rooms. The lighting is thoughtful and includes different types of light sources, including standard 230V lights, dimmable LED strips and phase-dimming lights. Lighting can be controlled from every room using Loxone touch controls, a mobile application or motion sensors, which also serve to secure the building.
The entrance gate and garage door are controlled via a mobile application. The house is also connected to photovoltaic panels for monitoring and efficient use of solar energy. If water is detected, flood sensors are available to automatically close electromechanical valves to stop the water supply.
Access to the land and the house is secured by electromechanical locks, which can be opened using an NFC code keyboard, fingerprints. The object's security is handled by the Jablotron system.
Loxone and yamaha speakers are available in all rooms for a sound experience.
