Complete modernization of the whole atrium house with an emphasis on design and functional technology.

The house with a layout of 4+kk and a living area of 130 m² is equipped with the latest technologies, such as photovoltaics, recuperation, cooling, heat pump. Our goal is to connect technologies into one unit for reasons of functionality and comfort. Nothing else other than Loxone came to mind for this install. Loxone gave us complete control over lighting, we can change the chromaticity of the color from 1800K to 4500K, thanks to which we can perfectly work with lighting moods and use "blue light reduction". RGBW 24V, CCT LED strips were used. Heating, floor heating regulation with the Valve Actuator Tree head. Shading, front window blinds controlled by Žaluzivý Aktor Air. Photovoltaics and Wallbox controlled by Modbus communication with full integration into energy management and the spot market. Home security using Presence Sensors Tree, Smoke Detector Air and Air Water Sensor Air. Recuperation unit with cooling unit also integrated using Modbus communication, Tree internal Room Comfort Sensors will tell us exactly what the ppm value (air quality), interior temperature and humidity is, which can then be easily regulated. Technologies were integrated mainly using Modbus communication. Energy management of the house, weather prediction will ensure minimal costs. Easy control of the entrance to the house using NFC and garage door control are a matter of course.
